The Site Manager will play a pivotal role in managing the successful installation of a zinc-clad roof. Package: £250 per day (Contract) 
Duration: Start ASAP - 7 Week Initial Contract with further projects after

Company Description: We are partnered with a leading contracting business who specialise in Industrial Roofing & Cladding to appoint a Site Manager on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities:
 

• Oversee the entire 2500 square metre zinc roof installation.
• Ensure all site activities comply with health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and on-site personnel.
• Maintain project timelines, ensuring work progresses according to schedule.
• Liaise with stakeholders, including the client and suppliers, to ensure project requirements are met.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure all work meets the highest quality standards.
• Provide daily progress reports and update project documentation as needed.

 
Experience & Skills Required:
 

• Minimum CSCS Gold Card, with a preference for CSCS Black Card.
• Proven experience managing roofing projects, particularly those involving zinc cladding.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to solve problems and make critical decisions under pressure.
• Exceptional communication and organisational abilities.
