The Kingsley Lions played in the Northamptonshire Sport Mixed Workplace Netball Tournament on Tuesday 25th September at Moulton College outdoor netball courts.

It was a brilliant night of netball and team spirit, albeit a cold one!

There were 9 teams competing for the number 1 spot. These teams were mixed teams from various different industries across Northamptonshire; Towcester Primary School, Abbey Medical x 2, Travis Perkins x 2, The Oakleaf Group, Friars Academy, Winchester House School and Kingsley Consulting.

Our team consisted of all Kingsley Staff members, with Nick Berry and Aimee Beauclair joining us to make up numbers. Everyone played absolutely fantastically and after a number of tough rounds made it to the final, where after extra time, we took home the winning title with a score of 3-2 to Travis Perkins.

We are so proud of the team work shown by all of the Lions and look forward to the next time we’re on the court!
