Our client is seeking to recruit a number of Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineers to join the Senior Engineering team. This is a permanent role

Salary :- £51,000,inclusive of shift allowance.

Development :-You will receive ongoing training and development to further your career, with time set aside in the Engineering and Production plan, as part of the shift structure at the Plant, our Client will be investing into developing you and your skills

Job Description

You will work as part of a team of Technicians to ensure that the Production Lines are maintained and fully operational in order to achieve maximum efficiency levels and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) targets. The role will work closely with both the Production and Technical Specialists teams to ensure that CI projects, planned maintenance activities, Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and waste targets are achieved and delivered.

Experience & Skills Required:

You will be a Competent Maintenance Engineer with the ability to resolve breakdowns safely and efficiently so that production volumes are maximised and the working environment remains safe and hazard free. Experienced gained in a Manufacturing Facility/Production environment is desirable, particularly where Automation is used

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:

HNC OR NVQ Level 3 (equivalent) with ideally an Electrical bias to your skill set

Multi-Skilled maintenance experience, heavy plant maintenance, conveyor systems, mixers or similar type of plant or production equipment and machinery.

Our Client is looking to recruit for these roles immediately and if selected, you will be required to attend a 2 stage interview, which will include – Site Tour, Interview and Competency Assessment.
