This role supports the execution of marketing strategies, ensuring seamless coordination across departments to drive growth and elevate brand presence. The Marketing Operations & Communications Executive will manage tasks ranging from strategic planning and data governance to creating effective communication channels and overseeing event management
 
Role Overview: The Marketing Operations & Communications Executive plays a pivotal role in aligning marketing efforts with organisational goals. By optimising systems, fostering cross-departmental collaboration, and ensuring the delivery of impactful communications, this role enhances brand visibility and drives operational efficiency.
  • Strategic planning and coordination of marketing operations across digital, marketing and business development teams.
  • Management of content calendars, project timelines and milestone tracking.
  • Prioritisation, assignment and project management of marketing tasks to meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Maintenance of a central library for marketing resources, including sales toolkits and brand assets.
  • Budget management to optimise marketing resource allocation.
  • Organisation and execution of events, from concept to reporting, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
  • Governance and optimisation of marketing technologies (e.g., HubSpot, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Ensuring data accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to maintain consistency in branding and communications.
  • Content Writing
Experience & Skills Required
  • Proven experience in marketing operations and content creation.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and data analysis software (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities, with strong attention to detail.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a consultative approach to problem-solving.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and professionalism under pressure.
