Job Description

• Develop and implement a sales strategy focused on the I&C battery storage market.
• Identify and engage with key decision-makers in the industrial and commercial sectors.
• Deliver sales presentations and proposals, demonstrating a deep understanding of battery storage technologies and their benefits.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor for their energy storage needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and project management, to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to refine sales strategies.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
• Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote battery storage solutions and expand the company's market presence..

 
Experience & Skills Required
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:

• A Proven track record in sales within the energy, power, or battery storage sectors, particularly in the I&C market.
• Strong knowledge of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and their application in industrial and commercial settings.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrable experience in developing sales strategies and closing complex deals.
• Strong commercial acumen with a focus on achieving targets and delivering value to customers.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a cross-functional team, with a proactive approach to driving results.
• Self motivated and high achieving desire.
• Exceptional negotiation and reporting skills.
• Experience working with a Board or SMT within an organisation.
